Engineered for a precise fit, they fit like a glove - snug, with no movement or any chance they'll become loose and start rubbing on the wheel. Supplied with an Allen key, no other tools needed beyond what you'd need to remove the (97lb!) wheels, although you might want to consider a couple of lug guides, they're immensely helpful in aligning the wheel.
