TopoCharge Wireless Phone Charger for Gen2 Rivian Vehicles

This one requires some willingness to disassemble things. Please review the installation video linked above before purchasing. It's an issue install, but requires a little dexterity.

This retains the NFC card reader and this solution uses a grippy silicone mat that pops out easily for cleaning (and yeah - your kitchen sink faucet works great). It adds Qi2 (Magsafe-like) charging capabilities, occupying one USB-C port per puck to max out charging speeds. Gen 2 R1 vehicles have a wonky USB-C controller so after literal months and dozens of products tested, we could not find something that would reliably deliver more than 7.5W per puck, and very few that would enable both pucks to negotiate a reliably charge simultaneously - and those got complicated.

Your NFC card reader still works. You've got Qi2. You've got no visible "arts and crafts" bits. You've got a great solution for charging your vehicle that won't overheat your phone, and will definitely hold it in place.

We've tested this with two iPhone 16 Pro Max's and as many big Android phones as we could get our hands on, and it worked perfectly across all of them, enabling a strong connection and keeping the phones solidly in place.
