Carriers

We use UPS Mail Innovations for all international shipments (including Canada), with the option to upgrade to expedited options from UPS and DHL (we generally recommend DHL out of the two options, but pricing does vary by location).

UPS Mail Innovations are the lowest cost option, but the tracking can be limited. It's a hybrid service, which means that UPS collect it from our facility, and it ships, in bulk to a postal sorting center in New York or Chicago. At the hub, the bulk shipment is separated, and handed over to your local postal service which is when the first scan will occur. For this reason, you'll see the UPS tracking, and the local carrier's (Postal Service) tracking link on the UPS tracking page:

You can sometimes use the Postal Service tracking link for more accurate tracking once the package is in your country.

If you upgrade to an expedited option, your order will ship via DHL Worldwide Express, or UPS Expedited. Both options are much faster, taking around 3-5 days to deliver to almost any address.  Although the cost is higher, we strongly encourage you upgrade the shipping service if your order is needed by a specific date.  As with all of our shipping options, we make no profit, all costs are provided real-time from the carriers.
